功能：用于数据的输入输出处理,可应对各中数据处理场景,典型的设备采集数据上报第三方。
数据入口->各类本地采集软件

部署环境:用于windows环境或k8s 镜像部署
启用配置:
app.exe + configFiles目录下的json配置 (configFiles目录下有几个配置就会生效几个功能,实际部署时，不相干的项目配置不要放进去)
